In cases of overbooking, Mata Beach Unip. Lda. will contact the customer as soon as possible and will attempt to provide an equivalent alternative.
If none of the suggested alternatives are satisfactory, Mata Beach Uni. Lda. will refund the full amount initially paid.

Cancellation policy
- All cancellations have a €10 processing fee
- Cancellations up to 15 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount less the processing fee
- Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in will be refunded half the total reservation amount less the processing fee
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund
Mata Beach Caparica accepts special requests – add your request in the 'Notes' field on the booking checkout form.
Changes to Confirmed Reservations
: If there is any change in the number of guests or the number of nights booked, this must be requested as soon as possible. Mata Beach Unip. Lda. is committed to finding the best solution within the defined policies.
If, during the stay, the guest wishes to reduce the number of nights booked, they must inform Mata Beach as soon as possible by email at [email protected]
. Mata Beach Unip. Lda will not refund any amount initially paid for the reduction in nights booked.
