Booking Conditions
Arrival and departure times:
Check-in: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
You must inform MataBeach of your arrival time. Check-in can be made more flexible if scheduled in advance.
Check-out: Check-out: Until 11:00
Payment methods for reservations:
Online reservations can be paid via bank transfer, MBway, ATM, credit card, and PayPal.
Reservation terms and conditions:
- No tourist tax
- Rest period is between 10 pm and 8 am
- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time
- Payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Reservations with advance payment
Cancellations:
- All cancellations have a processing fee of €10
- Cancellations up to 15 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount less the processing fee
- Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in will be refunded half the total amount of the reservation less the processing fee
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not entitled to a refund
Mata Beach Caparica accepts special requests – add your request in the 'Notes' field on the booking checkout form.

Crib conditions
0-2 years - Crib upon request
. Cribs are included in the price. If you require a crib, please indicate this on the reservation checkout form. All cribs are subject to availability.
Reservations accepted from 18 years of age.
Pets : not allowed.
